At Wilger Rus, we value your booking and aim to provide an exceptional stay. However, we understand plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds are available if cancellations are made within 7 days of booking confirmation, provided the stay date is more than 14 days away. For cancellations closer to the stay date, refunds are at the discretion of management.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Guests must provide valid identification upon arrival and sign the property register.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the accommodations.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged in advance.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Wilger Rus Orania is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Guests participate in activities on the property at their own risk.
Only one accommodation is available for booking at any given time to ensure complete privacy and exclusivity for our guests.
